Just to kickstart 2007 - on a late note - but "better late than never" -
2007 is truly going to be a new year. Totally got to try something new. Toured the ACM's exhibits. Was simply awe-inspiring and a humbling experience. Ancient civilizations have achieved so much! Their craftsmenship is so advanced and intricate! From fabrics to metalworks, all the well-preserved bits of life back then are so finely made. Catching "National Treasure" was also no mistake!

Finally the highlight: getting ourselves over to the Esplanade to watch spectacular fireworks to welcome the new year. Got to witness the tidal waves of people contrasted with the calm waters of the Singapore River. When the fireworks came on, the crowd settled, heads up, admiring the beautiful choreography of bright lights exploding in the sky. "Happy 2007!!" The sms jams and lags on the telecom line - expected.
After a little satay supper at Lau Pa Sat, we headed off to Xiangq's place. Her place is really so countryside, quiet, peaceful, so relaxing~ Bunny is a best-kept secret.. I never knew him until we went over to stay for the night. :)
